  • Payment Structure:
    • $1,500 after the new hire completes 90 days of employment

• Product Manager

  • Referral Bonus: $3,500
  • Payment Structure:
    • $1,750 after the new hire completes 90 days of employment
    • $1,750 after the new hire completes 6 months of employment

• Data Scientist

  • Referral Bonus: $4,000
  • Payment Structure:
    • $2,000 after the new hire completes 90 days of employment
    • $2,000 after the new hire completes 6 months of employment

Other Roles

  • Payment Structure:

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those in HR
