Referral Bonus Structure

Bonus Payment Process

1. Referral Submission: Employees can submit referrals through the internal HR portal.
2. Candidate Screening: The HR team will evaluate the referred candidate to ensure they meet the role requirements.
3. Interview and Hiring: If the candidate is successful in the interview process and accepts the offer, the referring employee becomes eligible for the bonus.
4. Bonus Disbursement: The bonus will be paid out in two installments:
   • 50% after the referred employee completes their first 90 days.
   • 50% after the referred employee completes their first 180 days.
