• Eligibility: All current Sonnet Insurance employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those involved in the hiring process for the referred position.
• Referral Submission: Employees can submit referrals through the internal HR portal. Detailed information about the candidate, including a resume and a brief description of how they know the candidate, is required.
• Referral Bonus Amounts: Bonus amounts vary depending on the position level and department. Bonuses are paid in two installments: 50% after the new hire completes three months and the remaining 50% after six months of employment.
