Referral Bonus Overview

Our program incentivizes employees to refer qualified candidates to open positions within the company. The bonus structure is tiered based on the role category, with a focus on critical tech and product positions.

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist: $3,000
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• Quality Assurance Engineer: $2,000

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $2,500
• Marketing Specialist: $2,000
• Customer Support Specialist: $1,500

Payment Terms

• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Payment Schedule: Referral bonuses are paid out in two installments:
  • 50% upon the new hire's completion of three months.
