Referral Bonus Structure

1. Tech/Product Roles

   • Software Engineers (Junior to Mid-Level)
     • Bonus Amount: $2,000
     • Payment Timeline: Paid in two installments: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.
   • Senior Software Engineers/Tech Leads
     • Bonus Amount: $3,000
     • Payment Timeline: Paid in two installments: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.
   • Product Managers
     • Bonus Amount: $2,500
     • Payment Timeline: Paid in two installments: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.
   • UX/UI Designers
     • Bonus Amount: $2,000
