To encourage and reward employee referrals, we have established a comprehensive Referral Bonus Program. This program is designed to help us attract exceptional candidates, particularly in tech and product roles, though it also extends to other key positions within the company.

Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:
  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Eligibility: Full-time positions only.
  • Payment Schedule: Bonus is paid out in two installments. The first half ($1,500) is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment. The remaining half is paid after six months of continuous employment.
• Senior Tech/Product Roles (e.g., Senior Software Engineers, Senior Product Managers):
  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Eligibility: Must be for senior or above levels.
  • Payment Schedule: Similar to the standard roles, the payment is split into two installments: $2,500 after 90 days and $2,500 after six months.

Other Roles

• Administrative, HR, and Support Roles:

  • Referral Bonus: $1,500
  • Eligibility: Full-time positions only.
  • Payment Schedule: The bonus is paid once the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

• Executive and Director-Level Positions:

  • Referral Bonus: $7,500
  • Eligibility: Applicable to Director-level positions and above.
  • Payment Schedule: $3,750 is disbursed after 90 days, and the remaining $3,750 after six months.
