To achieve this, we have implemented a Referral Bonus Program to encourage our employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions. This program is applicable across various roles, with a particular focus on technology and product positions.

Overview of the Referral Bonus

• Eligibility: All current employees of Soleno Therapeutics are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referral Bonus Amounts:
  • Tech/Product Roles:
    • Software Engineer: $3,000
    • Product Manager: $3,500
    • Data Scientist: $3,000
    • UX/UI Designer: $2,500
  • Other Roles:
    • Sales Executive: $2,000
    • Marketing Specialist: $2,000
    • Administrative Assistant: $1,000
• Payment Terms: The referral bonus is paid in two installments. The first half is paid once the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment. The second half is paid after the candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Steps to Refer a Candidate

1. Identify a Candidate: Consider your professional network for qualified individuals who might be a good fit for Soleno Therapeutics.
2. Submit a Referral: Complete the referral form available on the company intranet and submit it to the HR department along with the candidate's resume.
3. Monitor the Process: Stay updated on the progress of your referral through the recruitment pipeline via regular updates from HR.

Guidelines and Conditions

• The referral must be submitted prior to the candidate applying for the role.
• The referred candidate should acknowledge the referring employee during the interview process.
• If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer based on submission time.
• The referred candidate must meet the qualifications and experience requirements for the role.
