This program is designed to reward employees for recommending talented professionals who can contribute to our innovative environment, particularly in tech and product roles, although roles across the organization are also eligible.

Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack)

For successful referrals in tech/product roles, the bonus structure is as follows:

• Junior Positions: $1,500
• Mid-Level Positions: $3,000
• Senior Positions: $5,000
• Lead/Manager Positions: $7,000

Other Roles

• Sales Executives
• Marketing Specialists
• HR Professionals
• Finance Analysts

For successful referrals in non-tech roles, the bonus structure is:

• Entry-Level Positions: $1,000
• Mid-Level Positions: $2,000
• Senior/Manager Positions: $4,000

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Solaris SoftLab are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those involved in the hiring process of the referred candidate.
• Referral Process: Employees must submit candidate details through the internal referral system before any official communication with the candidate occurs.
• Bonus Payment: Referral bonuses are paid out after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment with Solaris SoftLab. The bonus is subject to applicable taxes and deductions.
