Sojern Referral Bonus Program

At Sojern, we value talent and believe that great people know other great people. To encourage our employees to help us find the best candidates, we have a Referral Bonus Program. Below are the details of the program, including specific information for tech/product roles and other roles.

Referral Bonus Structure

1. Tech/Product Roles:

   • Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, etc.
     • Bonus Amount: $5,000
     • Payout Schedule:
       • 50% paid after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
       • Remaining 50% paid after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

2. Non-Tech Roles:

   • Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc.
     • Bonus Amount: $3,000
     • Payout Schedule:
       • 50% paid after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
       • Remaining 50% paid after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee.
• Both the referrer and the referred candidate must be employees of Sojern at the time of payout.
• The program is open to all employees, except for hiring managers and HR personnel involved in the recruitment process for the role in question.
• Referrals must be submitted through the official Sojern referral portal or via email to the HR team.

Process

1. Submission:
   • Submit the candidate’s resume through the internal referral system or directly to the HR team with your referral details.
2. Review:
   • The HR team will review the submission and proceed with the standard recruitment process.
3. Interview and Hiring:
   • If the candidate is selected, the usual interview and hiring process will follow.
