Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $3,500
• Sales Executive: $3,000

Eligibility Criteria

1. Referrer Eligibility:

   • All current employees of Sobr Safe are eligible to participate in the referral program, except those involved in the hiring process of the referred candidate.

2. Referral Eligibility:

   • The referred candidate must not have been employed by Sobr Safe in the past 12 months.
   • The candidate should not already be in our recruitment database or have applied for a position in the last 3 months.

3. Payout Conditions:

   • The referral bonus is paid out in two installments: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months, and the remaining 50% after 6 months of continuous employment.
   • The referrer must be an active employee at the time of each payout.

How to Refer

• Step 1: Submit the referral through the internal referral portal by providing the candidate's resume and contact information.
• Step 2: Our recruitment team will review the submission and reach out to the candidate if they meet the requirements.
