Referral Bonus Structure

- Software Engineer: $5,000

Eligibility Criteria

Referrer Eligibility:
- All current employees of Sobr Safe are eligible to participate in the referral program, except those involved in the hiring process of the referred candidate.

Referral Eligibility:
- The referred candidate must not have been employed by Sobr Safe in the past 12 months.
- The candidate should not already be in our recruitment database or have applied for a position in the last 3 months.

Payout Conditions:
- The referral bonus is paid out in two installments: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months, and the remaining 50% after 6 months of continuous employment.
- The referrer must be an active employee at the time of each payout.
