Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

• Who can refer?: All current Snap-on employees are eligible to refer candidates.
• Who can be referred?: Candidates must not have applied for a position at Snap-on within the last 12 months and should meet the qualifications for the role.
• Applicable roles: While the program is open to all roles, specific bonuses are allocated for tech and product positions due to their critical nature.

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus amounts vary depending on the role:

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $2,000
• Product Manager: $2,500
• UX/UI Designer: $2,000
• Data Scientist: $3,000
• DevOps Engineer: $2,500

Other Roles

Payment Process

• Initial Payment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred employee completes their first 90 days of employment.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is paid after the referred employee reaches their 6-month employment anniversary.
