Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

  • Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers:
    • Bonus Amount: $5,000
    • Payment Structure:
      • 50% upon the new hire's start date.
      • Remaining 50% after the new hire completes 6 months of employment.

Other Roles

  • Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance:
    • Bonus Amount: $2,500
    • Payment Structure:
      • Full amount after the new hire completes 6 months of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The referred candidate must not have applied to or been in contact with Smith & Wesson for any position in the last 12 months.
  • The referrer must be an active employee of Smith & Wesson at the time of the referral and payment of the bonus.
  • The referred candidate must successfully complete the interview process and be hired for a full-time position.
  • Bonuses are not applicable for referring interns or temporary employees.

Process for Referrals
