Tech and Product Roles

• Software Engineers (All Levels): $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,500
• Data Scientists: $5,000
• UX/UI Designers: $4,000
• DevOps Engineers: $4,500
• QA Engineers: $3,500

Other Roles

• Sales Representatives: $3,000
• Marketing Specialists: $2,500
• Customer Support Roles: $1,500
• Finance and HR Roles: $2,000

Eligibility Criteria

1. Referral Submission: The referral must be submitted through the official company referral portal before the candidate applies.
2. Candidate Status: The referred candidate must not have applied to any position at SmartEdge Solutions Inc. in the last 12 months.
3. Successful Hire: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete at least 90 days of employment.
4. Employee Status: Referring employees must be active employees at the time of payout.

Payout Process

• The referral bonus will be paid out in the next payroll cycle following the completion of the candidate’s 90-day employment period.
• Bonuses are subject to standard payroll taxes and deductions.
