- Software Engineer / Developers: $5,000
- Product Managers: $4,500

Eligibility Criteria
- The referred candidate must not have applied to SM Energy within the past 12 months.

- The referred candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.
Payment Process
- The referral bonus is disbursed in two installments:
