Overview of the Referral Bonus Program

Our referral bonus program is structured to incentivize employees for recommending candidates who embody the skills and values we seek at SM Energy. This program applies to full-time positions across various departments, with particular emphasis on critical roles within our tech and product teams.

Referral Bonus Structure

• Tech/Product Roles:

  • Software Engineer / Developers: $5,000
  • Product Managers: $4,500
  • Data Scientists / Analysts: $4,000
  • UX/UI Designers: $3,500

• Other Roles:

  • Operations Managers: $3,000
  • Sales & Marketing: $2,500
  • HR & Administration: $2,000

Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must not have applied to SM Energy within the past 12 months.
• The referring employee must be actively employed at SM Energy at the time of the referral payout.
• The referred candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.

Payment Process

• The referral bonus is disbursed in two installments:
