Slalom Referral Bonus Program

Slalom is committed to attracting top talent and recognizes the value of employee referrals in building a strong, innovative team. Our referral bonus program rewards employees who refer candidates that are successfully hired for tech and product roles, as well as other positions within the company. Below are the details of the referral bonus program, specifically tailored for tech and product roles, but also applicable to other positions.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech / Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist: $4,000
• UX/UI Designer: $3,000
• DevOps Engineer: $3,500

Other Roles

• Consultant: $2,500
• Project Manager: $2,500
• Business Analyst: $2,000
• Sales Executive: $2,000

Eligibility Criteria

• Current Employees: All full-time employees of Slalom are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Candidate Qualifications: Referred candidates must meet the minimum qualifications for the position and successfully pass the recruitment process.
• Employment Duration: The referred candidate must complete at least 90 days of employment for the referrer to be eligible for the bonus.

Process

1. Submission: Employees must submit referrals through the official Slalom referral portal. Ensure all relevant information about the candidate is included.
2. Tracking: Once a referral is submitted, it will be tracked through our applicant tracking system.
3. Notification: Employees will be notified once their referral is hired and completes the required employment duration.
4. Payment: Referral bonuses are processed and paid out in the payroll cycle following the candidate’s 90-day employment milestone.
