Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:

  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Payout Structure:
    • $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
    • $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

• UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers:

  • Referral Bonus: $2,500
  • Payout Structure:
    • $1,250 after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
    • $1,250 after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations:
  • Referral Bonus: $1,500
  • Payout Structure:
    • $750 after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
    • $750 after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Referrer Eligibility: All current employees of Skyline Windows are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those involved in the hiring process for the referred position.

2. Referred Candidate Eligibility: Candidates must not have previously applied to Skyline Windows within the last 12 months and must be hired into a full-time role.

3. Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official Skyline Windows referral platform or via email to the HR department. Ensure to include the candidate's resume and contact information.

4. Timing: The referral must be submitted before the candidate applies or is contacted by our recruiting team.
