To achieve this, we have implemented a comprehensive Referral Bonus Program to reward employees who help us find the best candidates. Below are the details of our program, including potential bonuses and eligibility criteria.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,000
• Data Analyst: $3,500
• UI/UX Designer: $3,500
• DevOps Engineer: $4,500

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $2,500
• Customer Service Representative: $1,500
• Operations Manager: $3,000
• Human Resources Coordinator: $2,000

Eligibility Criteria

• Current Employees: All current Skin Laundry employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those in HR or hiring manager positions related to the referred role.
• Candidate Status: Referred candidates must be new applicants who have not been previously considered for a position within the last 12 months.
• Employment Duration: The referred candidate must complete a minimum of 90 days of employment for the referrer to qualify for the bonus.

Referral Process

1. Submission: Referrals should be submitted through the internal employee portal, including the candidate's resume and contact information.
2. Acknowledgment: Upon submission, the referrer will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of the referral.
3. Interview and Hiring: The referred candidate will undergo the standard interview process. If hired, the referrer will be notified.
4. Bonus Payment: Referral bonuses are paid out after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
