Overview of the Referral Bonus Program

• Eligibility: All full-time employees, except those in the HR department and hiring managers for the specific roles, can participate in the referral program.
• Roles Covered: While the program covers all positions, special emphasis is placed on tech and product roles due to the high demand and specialized skills required.
• Referral Process: Employees must submit referrals through our internal portal. The referred candidate must mention the referring employee during the application process.

Bonus Structure for Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineer

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Disbursement: $2,500 upon completion of the new hire’s first month, and $2,500 after six months of continued employment.

2. Product Manager

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Disbursement: $2,000 after the first month and $2,000 upon the six-month mark.
