Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonus varies depending on the role's level and department. Below is an estimated breakdown for our tech and product roles, as well as other departments:

Tech/Product Roles

• Entry-Level Positions:
  • Bonus: $1,000
• Mid-Level Positions:
  • Bonus: $3,000
• Senior-Level Positions:
  • Bonus: $5,000
• Executive-Level Positions:
  • Bonus: $10,000

Other Roles

• Entry-Level Positions:
  • Bonus: $500
• Mid-Level Positions:
  • Bonus: $2,000
• Senior-Level Positions:
  • Bonus: $4,000
• Executive-Level Positions:
  • Bonus: $8,000

Eligibility Criteria

1. All Employees: All full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those in HR or recruitment roles.

2. Successful Hire: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and remain with the company for a minimum of 90 days for the referrer to receive the bonus.

3. Candidate Eligibility: The referred candidate must not have been previously employed by SiTime or have applied for a position within the last 12 months.

Referral Process

1. Submit Your Referral: Submit the candidate's resume and referral form through the internal referral portal or email it to the recruitment team.

2. Application Review
