1. Software Engineer

   • Eligibility Requirements: Referral must be hired and complete 90 days of employment. The referrer must be an active employee at the time of payment.
   • Payment Schedule: Bonus paid in full after the referred employee completes 90 days.

2. Product Manager

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Eligibility Requirements: The same as Software Engineer.
   • Payment Schedule: Bonus paid in full after the referred employee completes 90 days.
