Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees of Silgan Holdings can participate in the referral program. Temporary employees, contractors, and hiring managers for the respective open position are not eligible for referral bonuses.

2. Referral Process:

   • Referrals must be submitted through the internal referral system.
   • The referring employee should provide a brief endorsement of the candidate, highlighting relevant skills and experience.

3. Bonus Payment:

   • The referral bonus is awarded after the referred candidate has completed 90 days of employment.
   • Bonuses are subject to regular tax withholdings and will be included in the referring employee's paycheck following the candidate’s 90-day milestone.

4. Conditions:

   • The referred candidate must not have applied to Silgan Holdings in the past 12 months.
   • The referred candidate must be successfully hired into a full-time role.
   • The program is subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated to all employees.
