At Signing Day Sports, we recognize that our team members are our best resource for finding new talent. To encourage and reward employee referrals, we have implemented a Referral Bonus Program. This program is designed to attract top-tier candidates to join our dynamic and innovative team, particularly within our tech and product divisions.

Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonus is structured to incentivize employees to refer candidates for all roles, with an emphasis on tech and product positions, which are critical to our growth and success.

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UI/UX Designer: $3,500
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Roles

• Sales Associate: $2,000
• Marketing Specialist: $2,500
• Customer Support Representative: $1,500
• HR Coordinator: $2,000

Eligibility and Payment Terms

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Signing Day Sports are eligible to participate in the referral program. Referred candidates must be external applicants who have not previously applied for any positions within the last 12 months.

• Payment Terms: The referral bonus will be paid in two installments. The first half will be issued once the referred candidate has successfully completed their first 90 days of employment. The second half will be paid after the referred candidate has been with the company for six months.
