Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

• Software Engineers: $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,500
• Data Analysts: $4,000
• UX/UI Designers: $4,000
• IT Support Specialists: $3,500

Other Roles

• Financial Analysts: $3,000
• Customer Service Representatives: $2,500
• Marketing Specialists: $2,500
• Administrative Assistants: $2,000

Referral Process

1. Submission: Employees can submit referrals through the internal company portal. Ensure the candidate's resume and contact information are included.

2. Acknowledgment: Once a referral is submitted, the HR team will acknowledge receipt and begin the evaluation process.

3. Interview and Hiring: If the referred candidate is selected for an interview, the referring employee will be notified.

4. Bonus Payment: Bonuses are paid out in two installments:

   • 50% after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.
   • The remaining 50% after the referred candidate completes one year of employment.

Conditions

• The referred candidate must not be a previous employee of Sierra Bancorp within the last 12 months.
• The referral must be made before the candidate applies for the position directly.
• Only one referral bonus is awarded per candidate. If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first referral received.
