Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions, particularly in tech and product roles, as well as other departments.

Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers (All levels)

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Eligibility: Paid after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.

• Product Managers

  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Eligibility: Paid after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.

• Data Scientists

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Eligibility: Paid after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.

• UX/UI Designers

  • Bonus Amount: $2,000
  • Eligibility: Paid after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.

Other Roles

• Sales and Marketing Specialists

  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Eligibility: Paid after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.

• Human Resources Personnel

  • Bonus Amount: $1,000
  • Eligibility: Paid after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.

General Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All full-time Siegfried employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred positions.

2. Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the Siegfried Employee Portal using the designated referral form. The form should include the candidate's resume and any relevant details.

3. Candidate Eligibility: The referred candidate must not have applied to any Siegfried position in
