Referral Bonus Structure

Technical and Product Roles

For technical and product roles, which are crucial to our ongoing innovation and success, we offer a competitive referral bonus:

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers
  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% paid after the new hire completes 90 days of employment; the remaining 50% after six months.

Other Roles

While our primary focus is on technical and product positions, we also offer a referral bonus for other critical roles within Shyft Labs:

• Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Support
  • Referral Bonus: $2,500
  • Payment Schedule: 50% paid after the new hire completes 90 days of employment; the remaining 50% after six months.

Eligibility and Guidelines

• Who Can Refer: Both Shyft Labs employees and external partners are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Eligible Candidates: Referrals must be for candidates who are not already in our recruitment process or have been employed by Shyft Labs in the past 12 months.
• Submission Process: Referrals should be submitted through our designated referral portal, ensuring that all relevant details about the candidate are included.
• Successful Referral: The bonus is awarded if the referred candidate is successfully hired and completes the specified employment duration.
