Our referral bonus program is designed to reward current employees for helping us discover exceptional talent, particularly in our tech and product divisions. Below are the details of the referral bonus structure for various roles within the company:

Referral Bonus Breakdown

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Analyst: $4,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Roles

• Restaurant Manager: $2,000
• Marketing Coordinator: $1,500
• HR Specialist: $1,500
• Customer Service Representative: $1,000

Program Details

• Eligibility: All full-time Shake Shack employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Payout Structure: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments. 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred employee completes their first 90 days, and the remaining 50% is paid after the referred employee completes 6 months of employment.
• Referral Process: Employees must submit referrals through the company’s internal referral portal. Ensure that the candidate mentions the referrer’s name during the application process.
• Bonus Limits: There is no cap on the number of referral bonuses an employee can earn. The more successful referrals made, the more bonuses earned.
