Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to attract top talent in the tech and product sectors, as well as other key areas of our organization. By leveraging the networks of our existing employees, we aim to build a robust team that drives innovation and success. Below, you'll find detailed information about the program, including potential bonus amounts and eligibility criteria.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

• Software Engineers: Up to $5,000
• Product Managers: Up to $4,500
• Data Scientists: Up to $5,000
• UI/UX Designers: Up to $3,500
• DevOps Engineers: Up to $4,000

Other Key Roles

• Marketing Specialists: Up to $3,000
• Sales Executives: Up to $3,500
• HR Managers: Up to $2,500
• Finance Analysts: Up to $2,500

Bonus Payment Schedule

• Initial Payment: 50% of the bonus will be paid out upon the referred candidate's successful completion of their first 90 days.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% will be awarded after the referred candidate has completed six months of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Eligible Referrals: Only full-time positions qualify for the referral bonus. The referred candidate must not be a current or former employee within the last 12 months.

2. Employee Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, excluding those involved in the hiring decision-making process for the referred role.

3. Candidate Eligibility: The referred candidate must complete the full interview process and be hired for the position.

How to Refer a Candidate

1. Submission: Employees should submit the candidate's resume and contact information through the internal referral portal.
