Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

For tech and product roles, which are critical to our innovation and development efforts, we offer a competitive referral bonus. These roles include but are not limited to:

Estimated Referral Bonus for Tech/Product Roles:

• $3,000 for successful referrals leading to a hire in these categories.

Other Roles

While tech and product roles are crucial, we also value talent in other areas. For successful referrals in non-tech/product roles, such as:

• Operations
• Marketing

• Human Resources

Estimated Referral Bonus for Other Roles:

• $1,500 for successful referrals leading to a hire in these categories.

Program Eligibility

• The referral must be submitted through our official referral submission process.
• The referred candidate must be successfully hired and remain with Serve Robotics for a minimum of 90 days.
• The referrer must be an employee or an approved partner of Serve Robotics at the time of referral payout.
