Eligibility Criteria

• The referral bonus is applicable only if the referred candidate is successfully hired and completes a probationary period of 90 days.
• The referring employee must be actively employed at Septerna at the time of the bonus payout.
• The referral must be submitted through the company’s official referral process before the candidate is contacted by Septerna’s recruiting team.
