Below is an overview of the referral bonus program, including estimated bonuses and guidelines.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:
  • Successful hire of a referred candidate: $5,000 bonus
  • Additional bonus if the candidate stays for 12 months: $1,000 bonus
  • Bonus payout timeline: 50% after 90 days of employment, 50% after 6 months.

Other Roles

• Operations, Marketing, Sales:
  • Successful hire of a referred candidate: $3,000 bonus
  • Additional bonus if the candidate stays for 12 months: $500 bonus
  • Bonus payout timeline: 50% after 90 days of employment, 50% after 6 months.

Eligibility Criteria

• Referring Employee: Must be a full-time employee at the time of referral and bonus payout.
• Referred Candidate: Must be hired for a full-time position and complete the required probationary period (typically 90 days).
• Exclusions: Referrals for internships, temporary positions, and those recruited through staffing agencies are not eligible for bonuses.

How to Submit a Referral

1. Submit Candidate Information: Fill out the referral form available on the company intranet, providing details about the candidate and the open position.
2. Track the Status: Stay updated on the hiring status through our internal applicant tracking system.
3. Celebrate Success: Receive your bonus according to the payout schedule once your referral is successfully hired and meets all criteria.
