Semtech Referral Bonus Program for Tech/Product Roles

At Semtech, we value the power of referrals and believe that great people know other great people. Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize our employees to refer talented individuals to join our team, particularly in tech and product roles. Below are the details of our referral bonus program including estimated bonuses.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer

  • Bonus: $3,000
  • Payment Details: The bonus is paid out in two installments. The first half is paid after the new hire completes 3 months (90 days) of employment, and the second half is paid after 6 months (180 days).

• Product Manager

  • Bonus: $4,000
  • Payment Details: Similar to software engineers, the payment is split into two installments of $2,000 each after 3 and 6 months of completed service.

• Data Scientist

  • Bonus: $3,500
  • Payment Details: The bonus is disbursed in two equal payments of $1,750 each, following the 3-month and 6-month completion milestones.

Other Roles

• Sales Executive

  • Bonus: $2,500
  • Payment Details: Paid in two installments of $1,250 after 3 and 6 months.

• HR Specialist

  • Bonus: $2,000
  • Payment Details: Distributed in two payments of $1,000, post 3 and 6-month milestones.

Eligibility and Conditions

1. Eligibility: All current Semtech employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. However, HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved with the recruitment process for the role are excluded.
