Overview of the Referral Bonus Program

The referral bonus program is designed to incentivize employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions within Seedtag. A successful referral is one where the referred candidate is hired and successfully completes the probationary period.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Who can refer? All current Seedtag employees, excluding HR personnel and hiring managers involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.
  • Who can be referred? Any candidate not already in Seedtag's recruitment pipeline and who has not been referred by another employee within the past 12 months.

Tech and Product Roles

  • Software Engineer: €3,000
  • Product Manager: €3,500
  • Data Scientist: €3,000
  • UX/UI Designer: €2,500
  • DevOps Engineer: €3,000

Other Roles

  • Marketing Specialist: €2,000

Bonus Payout Process

  1. Referral Submission: The employee submits the candidate's information through the internal referral portal.
