Overview of the Referral Bonus Program

The referral bonus program is designed to incentivize employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions within Seedtag. A successful referral is one where the referred candidate is hired and successfully completes the probationary period.

Eligibility Criteria

• Who can refer? All current Seedtag employees, excluding HR personnel and hiring managers involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.
• Who can be referred? Any candidate not already in Seedtag's recruitment pipeline and who has not been referred by another employee within the past 12 months.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

• Software Engineer: €3,000
• Product Manager: €3,500
• Data Scientist: €3,000
• UX/UI Designer: €2,500
• DevOps Engineer: €3,000

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: €2,000
• Sales Executive: €2,500
• Customer Success Manager: €2,000
• Finance Analyst: €1,500

Bonus Payout Process

1. Referral Submission: The employee submits the candidate's information through the internal referral portal.
2. Hiring Process: The referred candidate must apply for the position and go through the standard recruitment process.
3. Successful Hire: The bonus is awarded once the referred candidate is hired and completes the probationary period (usually 3 to 6 months).
4. Bonus Payment: The referral bonus is paid to the referring employee in the next payroll cycle after the probationary period
