Eligibility
- All current employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
- Referrals must be submitted through the official referral channels provided by HR.
- The referred candidate must acknowledge the referring employee on their application.
Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineers: $5,000
- Product Managers: $4,000
- Data Scientists: $4,500
- UX/UI Designers: $3,500
- DevOps Engineers: $4,200
Other Roles

Payout Terms
- The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
- 50% after the referred candidate has successfully completed their first three months.
