Program Details

Eligibility

• All current employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral channels provided by HR.
• The referred candidate must acknowledge the referring employee on their application.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers: $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,000
• Data Scientists: $4,500
• UX/UI Designers: $3,500
• DevOps Engineers: $4,200

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialists: $2,500
• Sales Executives: $3,000
• Customer Support Staff: $1,500
• Operations Managers: $3,200

Payout Terms

• The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred candidate has successfully completed their first three months.
  • The remaining 50% after the candidate completes one year of service.
