Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers: $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,500
• Data Analysts/Scientists: $5,000
• UX/UI Designers: $4,000

Other Roles

• Sales Representatives: $3,000
• Marketing Specialists: $3,500
• Finance Analysts: $3,000

Eligibility Criteria

• Eligible Referrers: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Eligible Candidates: Referred candidates must not have applied independently or been sourced by our recruiting team within the last 12 months.
• Successful Hire: A referral bonus is paid out after the referred candidate has been employed for 90 days.

Referral Process
