Program Overview

Our referral program is designed to incentivize both internal employees and external partners who refer candidates that successfully join the Scopic Software team. The program focuses on high-demand roles, with a special emphasis on technology and product positions.

Eligible Roles

• Software Developers (Frontend, Backend, Full-Stack)
• Product Managers
• UI/UX Designers
• QA Engineers
• DevOps Engineers
• Data Scientists
• Other Positions: While our primary focus is on tech and product roles, referrals for other departments such as marketing, sales, and administration are also eligible for bonuses.

Referral Bonus Structure

The bonus amounts are tiered based on the level and specialization of the role:

• Junior Positions:

  • Bonus: $500
  • Examples: Junior Software Developer, Junior QA Engineer

• Mid-Level Positions:

  • Bonus: $1,000
  • Examples: Mid-Level Product Manager, Mid-Level DevOps Engineer

• Senior Positions:

Eligibility Criteria

1. Successful Hiring: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete a minimum probationary period of 3 months.

2. Candidate Status: Referred candidates should not be already in Scopic’s recruitment process or previously referred within the past six months.
