This program incentivizes current employees to refer candidates who align with our values and possess the skills necessary to drive our mission forward.

Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Eligible Positions: Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Data Analysts, IT Support Specialists.
• Bonus Amount: $3,000
• Payout Structure:
  • $1,500 paid after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment.
  • Additional $1,500 paid after the referred employee completes one year of employment.

Other Roles

• Eligible Positions: Medical Assistants, Front Desk Coordinators, Registered Nurses, Marketing Specialists.
• Bonus Amount: $1,000
• Payout Structure:
  • $500 paid after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment.
  • Additional $500 paid after the referred employee completes one year of employment.

Referral Process

1. Submit Referral: Employees should submit their referral via the internal referral portal, including the candidate’s resume and any relevant information.
2. Review and Interview: Our HR team will review the referral. If the candidate meets our criteria, they will be contacted for the interview process.
3. Hiring Decision: Once the candidate is hired and meets the employment duration requirements, the referring employee will receive their bonus payout according to the structure outlined above.

Terms and Conditions

• The referral bonus applies only to full-time positions.
• Referred candidates must be new to Schweiger Dermatology Group (not previously employed or already in the recruitment process).
• Employees involved in the hiring process, including HR team members, are not eligible for referral bonuses.
• The referral must be submitted before the candidate applies or is contacted by HR
