Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize employees to refer potential candidates for open positions, particularly in tech and product roles. Below are the details of the referral bonus program:

Eligibility

• All current employees of Schumacher Homes, except for those in HR and recruitment roles, are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• The referred candidate must be hired and remain employed with Schumacher Homes for a minimum period to qualify for the bonus.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Analysts

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% after the referred employee completes 3 months of employment.
    • Remaining 50% after the referred employee completes 12 months of employment.

• UI/UX Designers, DevOps Engineers

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% after the referred employee completes 3 months of employment.
    • Remaining 50% after the referred employee completes 12 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Construction Managers, Sales Consultants

  • Bonus Amount: $2,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% after the referred employee completes 3 months of employment.
    • Remaining 50% after the referred employee completes 12 months of employment.

• Administrative Roles

  • Bonus Amount: $1,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% after the referred employee completes 3 months of employment.
    • Remaining 50% after the referred employee completes 12 months of employment.

1. Submit Referral: Employees should submit referrals through the internal referral portal, providing the candidate's resume and contact information.
