Tech & Product Roles

For tech and product roles, we offer competitive referral bonuses as these positions are critical to our growth and success. The bonuses are structured as follows:

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• Data Scientist: $3,000
• DevOps Engineer: $3,000
• QA Engineer: $2,000

Other Roles

While tech and product roles are our primary focus, we also offer referral bonuses for other critical positions across the organization:

• Marketing Specialist: $1,500

How It Works

1. Referral Submission: Submit your referral through our dedicated referral portal. Ensure you provide the candidate's resume and a brief note on why you think they would be a good fit for the role.

2. Candidate Evaluation: Our HR team will review the referral and evaluate the candidate's qualifications and experience.

3. Interview Process: If the candidate meets our criteria, they will be invited to participate in our interview process.

4. Successful Hire: If your referred candidate is hired and successfully completes a 90-day probationary period, you will receive the referral bonus in the next payroll cycle.
