To encourage and reward successful referrals, Scholar Rock offers a comprehensive referral bonus program.

Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

• Open to all employees: All full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Eligible positions: Primarily focused on tech and product roles, but referrals for other positions will also be considered.

Referral Bonus Amounts

• Tech/Product Roles:
  • Software Engineer: $5,000
  • Product Manager: $4,500
  • Data Scientist: $5,500
  • UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• Other Roles:
  • Research Scientist: $4,000
  • Marketing Specialist: $3,500
  • HR Coordinator: $3,000

Process and Payout

1. Submit Referral: Employees can submit referrals through the company's internal referral portal, providing detailed information about the candidate.
2. Interview and Evaluation: The referred candidate will undergo the standard recruitment process, including interviews and evaluations.
3. Successful Hire: If the candidate is hired and successfully completes 90 days of employment, the referring employee becomes eligible for the bonus.
4. Bonus Payout: The referral bonus will be processed and included in the referring employee’s payroll within the next pay cycle after the candidate's 90th day of employment.

Conditions

• Multiple Referrals: If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the bonus will be awarded to the employee who submitted the referral first.
• Rehire Policy: Referrals for candidates who have previously been employed by Scholar Rock are not eligible for a referral bonus.
