• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Scanpoint Geomatics Ltd. are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except for those involved in the hiring process of the referred candidate.

• Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official employee portal, accompanied by the candidate's resume and a brief recommendation note.

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer:

  • Bonus Amount: ₹50,000
  • Eligibility for Bonus: The referred candidate must successfully complete 3 months of employment.

• Product Manager:

  • Bonus Amount: ₹60,000
  • Eligibility for Bonus: The referred candidate must successfully complete 3 months of employment.

• Data Scientist:
