Tech/Product Roles Referral Bonus

• Eligible Positions: Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Analysts, UX/UI Designers, and other related tech/product roles.
• Referral Bonus Amount:
  • Software Engineers: $3,000
  • Product Managers: $3,500
  • Data Analysts: $2,500
  • UX/UI Designers: $2,500
• Payment Structure: The referral bonus is typically paid out in two installments:
  • First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment.
  • Second Installment: The remaining 50% is disbursed after the referred employee completes one year of employment.

Other Roles Referral Bonus
