Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

For tech and product roles, which are critical to driving innovation and maintaining our competitive edge, we offer a substantial referral bonus. The bonus structure is as follows:

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,500
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• Technical Lead: $6,000

Other Roles

We also recognize the importance of other roles within our company and offer competitive referral bonuses for these positions:

• Marketing Specialist: $3,000
• Sales Executive: $3,500
• Human Resources Manager: $3,000
• Finance Analyst: $2,500

Eligibility and Payment Process

• Eligibility: All full-time Saul Centers employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. Referrals must be external candidates who are not already in our recruitment process.

• Payment Schedule: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

  • 50% after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes their first six months of employment.

• Taxes: All referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes, which will be deducted from the payout.

How to Refer a Candidate

1. Submit a Referral: Employees should submit referrals through the official Saul Centers Employee Referral Portal.
