Eligibility and Payment Process

Eligibility: All full-time Saul Centers employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. Referrals must be external candidates who are not already in our recruitment process.

Payment Schedule: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
- 50% after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
- 50% after the referred candidate completes their first six months of employment.
