Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

1. Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers:

   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
     • $1,500 after the candidate completes 12 months of employment.

2. DevOps Engineers, UX/UI Designers, and System Architects:

   • Bonus Amount: $2,500
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $1,250 after 3 months.
