Eligibility

• All full-time employees are eligible to participate, except for those in HR, recruiting, and senior management positions.
• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral portal to qualify for the bonus.
• The referred candidate must not have applied to SAS in the past 12 months.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineer

   • Bonus: $3,000
   • Conditions: Paid after the new hire completes their first 90 days.

2. Data Scientist

   • Bonus: $3,500
   • Conditions: Paid after the new hire completes their first 90 days.

3. Product Manager

   • Bonus: $4,000
   • Conditions: Paid after the new hire completes their first 90 days.

4. UX/UI Designer

   • Bonus: $3,000
   • Conditions: Paid after the new hire completes their first 90 days.

Other Roles

1. Sales Executive

   • Bonus: $2,500
   • Conditions: Paid after the new hire completes their first 90 days.

2. Marketing Specialist

   • Bonus: $2,000
