Sarepta Therapeutics Referral Bonus Program

At Sarepta Therapeutics, we value the power of networks and the high caliber of talent that our employees can introduce to our team. To incentivize referrals, we offer a generous referral bonus program, particularly for in-demand roles such as those in tech and product development.

Referral Bonus Structure

• Tech / Product Roles:

  • Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, etc.:
    • Referral Bonus: Up to $5,000 per successful hire

• Other Roles:

  • Research Scientists, Lab Technicians, etc.:
    • Referral Bonus: Up to $3,000 per successful hire

Eligibility Criteria

1. Referrer Eligibility:

   • Must be a current employee of Sarepta Therapeutics.
   • The referrer must be in good standing with the company.

2. Referral Eligibility:

   • The referred candidate must be a new applicant who has not previously applied or been considered for a position at Sarepta within the last 12 months.
   • The candidate must mention the referrer's name upon application submission.

3. Bonus Payment:

   • Bonus payments are typically processed after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
   • Referrers must still be employed by Sarepta at the time of the bonus payout to receive the bonus.

Process

1. Submission:

   • Referrals can be submitted through the internal employee portal or by emailing the HR department with the candidate's resume and contact information.

2. Tracking:

   • Once the referral is submitted, HR will track the candidate's progress through the recruitment process.
   • Referrers will receive updates on the status of their referral.

Additional Notes

• There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make.
• In the event of multiple referrals for the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first
