Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $2,000
• Product Manager: $2,000
• Data Analyst: $1,500
• UX/UI Designer: $1,500

Other Roles

• Sales Associate: $500

Program Details

• Eligibility: All current employees of Sam Ash Music are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. Contractors and temporary employees are not eligible.

• Referral Process: Employees can refer candidates by submitting their resumes and contact information through the internal referral portal. Ensure that the referral clearly states the referring employee's name and department.

• Bonus Payment: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments. The first half is paid after the referred candidate completes their first 30 days of employment. The second half is paid after six months of continuous employment.

• Multiple Referrals: If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the employee whose referral was received first in the system.

• Qualifying Criteria: For a referral to qualify for a bonus:

  • The candidate must be hired for a full-time position.
  • The candidate must not have applied to Sam Ash Music within the last 12 months.
  • The referring employee must be active and in good standing at the time of both bonus payments.
