Eligibility

• All current employees of Saint Peter's University are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Referrals must be external candidates who are not already part of the Saint Peter's University's hiring process.

Technology and Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $2,500
• Data Scientist: $3,500
• UX/UI Designer: $2,000
• DevOps Engineer: $3,000

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $1,500
• Admissions Counselor: $1,000
• Administrative Staff: $500

Payout Structure

• The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 180 days of employment.

Process

1. Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official referral portal on the Saint Peter's University intranet.
2. Acknowledgment: You will receive a confirmation once your referral is submitted and under consideration.
