To encourage our team to help us find top talent, we offer a referral bonus program with competitive rewards. This program is especially beneficial for tech and product roles, but it applies to other positions as well.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $3,000
• Customer Support Specialist: $2,000
• Claims Adjuster: $2,500
• HR Specialist: $2,500

Eligibility Criteria

• The referral must be a new candidate who has not applied to Safety Insurance within the past 12 months.
• The referring employee must be actively employed at Safety Insurance at the time of referral and at the time of bonus payout.
• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral portal or designated HR email.

Payment Details

• The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
• Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.

Additional Information

• There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make.
• Part-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Employees involved in the hiring decision for a referred candidate are not eligible for a bonus for that candidate.
