Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineer: $5,000
- Product Manager: $4,500
- Data Scientist: $5,000
- UX/UI Designer: $4,000
- DevOps Engineer: $5,000
Other Roles
- Sales Executive: $3,000
- Customer Support Specialist: $2,000
- Claims Adjuster: $2,500
- HR Specialist: $2,500
Eligibility Criteria
- The referral must be a new candidate who has not applied to Safety Insurance within the past 12 months.
- The referring employee must be actively employed at Safety Insurance at the time of referral and at the time of bonus payout.
- Referrals must be submitted through the official referral portal or designated HR email.
Payment Details
- The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
- Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.
Additional Information
- There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make.
- Part-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
- Employees involved in the hiring decision for a referred candidate are not eligible for a bonus for that candidate.
