Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

For tech and product roles, Safehold offers a competitive referral bonus to incentivize employees and external partners to refer qualified candidates. The estimated bonus amounts are as follows:

• Junior Positions (e.g., Junior Developer, Junior Product Manager): $2,000
• Mid-Level Positions (e.g., Software Engineer, Product Manager): $3,500
• Senior Positions (e.g., Senior Software Engineer, Senior Product Manager): $5,000
• Leadership Positions (e.g., Tech Lead, Head of Product): $7,500

Other Roles

Safehold values referrals for all roles within the organization. The referral bonuses for non-tech and non-product roles are as follows:

• Entry-Level Positions: $1,000
• Mid-Level Positions: $2,500
• Senior Positions: $4,000
• Leadership Positions: $6,000

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: Both current employees and external partners are eligible to participate in the referral program. Referrals must be submitted through the official referral portal to qualify.

• Payment Terms: The referral bonus will be paid out after the referred candidate has successfully completed 90 days of employment with Safehold.

• Multiple Referrals: In cases where multiple people refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer who submitted the candidate through the official portal.
