Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees who refer successful candidates for open positions. Below is a detailed overview of the referral bonus program, focusing on tech/product roles, with estimates and numbers where applicable.

Referral Bonus Structure

Eligible Positions

• Tech/Product Roles: Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Analysts, UX/UI Designers
• Other Roles: Operations Managers, Financial Analysts, HR Specialists

Bonus Amounts

The referral bonus varies depending on the role and level of the position:

• Tech/Product Roles:

  • Entry-Level (e.g., Junior Software Engineer): $1,500
  • Mid-Level (e.g., Product Manager, Data Analyst): $2,500
  • Senior-Level (e.g., Senior UX/UI Designer): $4,000

• Other Roles:

  • Entry-Level: $1,000
  • Mid-Level: $2,000
  • Senior-Level: $3,500

Bonus Payment Conditions

• The referred candidate must complete a minimum of 90 days of employment.
• Bonuses are paid out in the next payroll cycle following the candidate’s 90-day employment mark.
• Only one referral bonus is paid per candidate, and bonuses are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis.

1. Submit a Referral Form: Complete the online referral form available on the employee portal.
2. Include Candidate’s Resume: Attach the candidate's resume and any other relevant documents.
3. Provide Details: Clearly mention the role for which the candidate is being referred.
